Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to acquire really necessary information without being affected by the constrain of the information resources of a terminal itself for an operation. SOLUTION: A center 2 for allowing a user to receive information downloading through an onboard terminal 13 is provided with a personal agent server 3 including a user profile server 5 for managing the taste information or the number of times of operations of the user. Information requested by the user is acquired from an external data server 8 or the like, and provided suitably to the display screen of the onboard terminal 13 by a mail server 6 or a Web server 7. A menu screen on which requested information is selected displays items which are highly likely to be selected by the user through cables wherein the taste information or the number of times of operations of the user is reflected.
