THERMOSYPHON AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermosyphon capable of maintaining assembly work cost at low cost by a simple configuration, shortening manufacturing time, and reducing material cost and to provide its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: This thermosyphon is constituted in such a way that a core pipe 12 in which heat source fluid L flows is inserted so as to pass through the inside of a basic pipe 10 which makes the vacuum inside a steam space by closing openings at both ends tightly and sealing operation medium P into the vacuum inside in the longitudinal direction. It is composed of the thermosyphon in which a part of an external wall of the core pipe 12 is fixed and arranged while it is integrally joined with a part of an internal wall of the basic pipe 10 continuously in the longitudinal direction. A basic pipe 32 with a core pipe is integrally formed by extrusion molding or pulling-out molding to reduce assembly work cost and material cost, improve the airtightness, and keep its strength.
