Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent over-fueling and to promptly adsorb evaporated fuel by a canister even when pressure rise inside a fuel tank is large. SOLUTION: A check valve 6 opened by the rising pressure inside the tank 1 when the tank is full for sending the evaporated fuel to the canister 2 is composed of a large flow high pressure valve opening valve 7 and a small flow low pressure valve opening valve 6. When the pressure inside of the tank 1 becomes high other than in fuel filling due to a high environmental temperature or the like, the high pressure valve opening valve 7 opens to promptly suppresses the rising pressure and lets the canister 2 adsorb the evaporated fuel. When the tank is filled full and the pressure is low, the flow amount through the low pressure valve opening valve 8 is small, and the pressure to elevate bubbles in fuel up the fuel feed pipe can be secured, thereby a full-tank automatic stop can be promptly performed by detection of the elevating bubbles and over-fueling can be prevented.
