MANDREL FOR PRODUCING ELECTRODEPOSITED BELLOWS AND ELECTRODEPOSITED BELLOWS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mandrel for producing electrodeposited bellows, which is formed so as to be a bellows shape and in which a uniform plating layer can be formed on the crest parts and valley parts even if a forming stage for a plating layer in the conventional technique is used, and to provide bellows produced by the mandrel for producing electrodeposited bellows. SOLUTION: Electroplating is applied to the surface of a mandrel 4 formed so as to be a bellows shape with crest parts 5 and valley parts 6, and thereafter, the body of the mandrel 4 is dissolved to produce electrodeposited bellows. In the mandrel for producing electrodeposited bellows, the spacing between the valley part 6 is made wider than the spacing between the crest parts 5. Further, the electrodeposited bellows are produced by the above mandrel for producing electrodeposited bellows. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
