Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic single crystal thin film by which high speed high density carrier transportation is expected and which is capable of being used in a device. SOLUTION: The crystal thin film is manufactured by heating a condensation polycyclic hydrocarbon compound to a temperature near a critical temperature Tc where the phase is transitioned from crystal to an Iso phase, turning a part except the part of crystal nuclei to the Iso phase to leave one or more crystal nuclei and decreasing the temperature to crystal-grow using the crystal nuclei as seed crystals.
