Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat shrinkable polyester resin film which has a sufficiently large heat shrinkability, a beautiful appearance without bringing about a shrinkage unevenness in the film when the film is heat shrunk, which stably holds the appearance even under a high temperature condition to experience later, and which has excellent tearability at distribution and usage time after the film is heat shrinkage mounted as a packaging bag or a label and excellent perforation cuttability necessary for a label releasing step in a recycling step. SOLUTION: The heat shrinkable polyester resin film has the maximum heat shrinkage factor of at least one direction of 20% or more, a haze value of less than 50% and contains a nitrile rubber component of 0 to 2 wt%.
