Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tubular body for a medical use having a wider inner diameter while having the same outer diameter dimension, dynamic strength and lubricity of a lumen as a conventional tubular body for the medical use, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The method comprises: a first coating film forming process of forming a first coating film composed of fluorinated resin dispersed liquid to be a lubricative resin layer 20 on the outer periphery of a mandrel; a second coating film forming process of forming a second coating film composed of liquid polymer to be heat resistant resin 22 on the outer periphery of the first coating film; a heating process of heating the first coating film and the second coating film at a temperature equal to or above the film forming temperature of the first coating film and forming a composite tube for which the contact boundary of the first coating film and the second coating film is tightly bonded; and a mandrel removing process of pulling out the mandrel.
