Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reliability by surely preventing inconveniences such as breaking or damage by reducing stress to a cylindrical body consisting of solid electrolyte. SOLUTION: A top part flange 10 is provided on the outer periphery in the vicinity of a bottom end of the cylindrical body 4. A positive active substance storing part A between the cylindrical body 4 consisting of the solid electrolyte and a container 7 is formed at least in the surrounding, excepting the bottom surface, of the cylindrical body 4 by fixing the bottom end of the container 7 to the top part flange 10. When operation is interrupted or stopped, even when the positive active substance 5 starts to solidify in a process when the temperature is lowered from operation temperature to room temperature, the container 7 is prevented from pushing up the bottom part of the cylindrical body 4 through the positive active substance 5 which has started to solidify. Imparting of great stress to the cylindrical body 4 is eliminated and inconveniences such as breaking or damage to the cylindrical body 4 due to the stress imparted to the cylindrical body 4 can be eliminated.
