USER AUTHENTICATION SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assure full security of users working in a company even when retired. SOLUTION: User data consisting of user IDs, e-mail addresses, passwords and transmission destination addresses (e-mail addresses of password transmission destinations) for users A-D are registered in a user data registration part 51. The passwords of the users are impossible to change by users themselves and are updated for certain periods by a password updating part 52. A password transmission part 53 notifies given transmission destination addresses of new passwords after updated. The transmission addresses are set as the e-mail addresses of other users (for example, superiors) instead of the users themselves, and identical persons are orally notified of the new passwords through the other users.
