Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a test system using ID information, for identifying a testee, smoothly providing a qualification certificate and a notice on a test result, and facilitating a check on the righteousness of the certificate and of the notice on the test result. SOLUTION: This test system using ID information has a user information database (DB) 32 for recording therein a first piece of certification information user-specific to a user, user information including information on each of a plurality of tests, and taken test history information exhibiting the history of taking the tests so as to correspond to the ID number of the user stored in an ID storage medium, a server 31 for managing the database 32, and certification terminals 1 and 2 for reading the ID number from the storage medium, reading out registered certification information corresponding to the ID number via the server 31, and determining whether the read out registered certification information agrees with acquired certification information of the user acquired in certification.
