Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a distortion stress generated in a clip portion caused by difference in linear expansion coefficient between the glass substrate of a panel heater and a control substrate which supports the heater. SOLUTION: In the liquid crystal display element panel heater, in which a pair of counter electrodes 13 are arranged on a heat generating resistive film 12 which is formed on a glass substrate 11 and the electrodes 13 are connected to a heater power supply section of the control substrate side through a pin 330 of a clip 300 with the pin, an L-shaped pin including an insertion leg 331 which is oriented along the direction approximately orthogonal to the surface of the substrate 11 and a mounting leg 332 which is bent to make an approximately right angle from the top end side of the leg 331 and mounted at a prescribed part of a clip main body 310, is used as the pin 330, to make the pin 330 of the clip 300 flexible.
