In this method, complexes similar to the complex of PSA usable as a calibrator or a control and α-antichymotrypsin (ACT) and polyclonal antibodies for the PSA are classified into those bonded to epitope masked by the bonding of the PSA to the ACT and those not bonded to the epitope.
