Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a machine for chip-forming machining and measurement of a gear and a thread type workpiece. SOLUTION: Functional units 8a, 8b, 8c, 8d having parallel machining and measuring tools 10, 12, 14, 15, 17 movable radially to a swivel axis A are disposed at right angles to the axis of rotation of a workpiece 4 on a swivel head 6 swivellable about the axis A. The tools can be brought consecutively into engagement with the workpiece 4. Accordingly, different tools 10, 12, 14, 15, 17 can be applied, and the technology of machining the assembled machined article without collision is enabled.
