Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating film excellent in contamination-resistance, water/oil repellent property, chemical-resistance, weatherability or the like and cured by an electron beam with one liquid without requiring a photoinitiator. SOLUTION: A substrate is coated with the fluorine-containing copolymer including the unsaturated double bond produced by the reaction of a specific fluorine-containing copolymer [A] containing a hydroxyl group with unsaturated isocyanate [B] and is irradiated with the electron beam under a specific condition to form the coating film.
