Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extraction method of plant extract capable of extracting plant extract at a low production cost, capable of obtaining a transparent or scarcely colored plant extract excellent in stability with the lapse of time and using microwaves and/or ultrasonic waves. SOLUTION: The method is characterized in that a mixed liquid of a raw material plant and an extraction solvent is irradiated with microwaves to extract the plant extract from the raw material plant.
