METHOD AND UNIT FOR MANUFACTURING LIVING TISSUE FILLING BODY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To noninvasively collect cells which adhered on the bottom face of a cultivation vessel and proliferate and to improve manufacturing efficiency of a living tissue filling body. SOLUTION: An inner face of a cultivation vessel 1 in which the living tissue filling body 4 is placed is made the bottom face 2. This method for manufacturing the living tissue filling body 4 includes a primary cultivation step in which cultivation of cells is carried out on the bottom face 2, a flow down step in which cells grown on the bottom face 2 are flowed down on the living tissue filling body 4 by slanting the bottom face 2 so that the living tissue filling body 4 is disposed in a lower part, and a secondary cultivation step in which cells adhered on the living tissue filling body 4 are cultivated.
