DISPOSABLE WEARING ARTICLE OF SLACKS TYPE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable wearing article of a slacks type where the extension and contraction range of a base sheet where auxiliary elastic members are positioned can nearly be coincident with the extension and contraction range of the auxiliary elastic members themselves. SOLUTION: In the article 1A, the base sheet 2 is formed of an inner sheet 6 (first sheet) and an outer sheet 5 (second sheet), A plurality of the auxiliary elastic members 19 across a panel 25 are interposed between the inner and outer sheets 5 and 6 and fitted in an extensible and reducible manner between an elastic member 15 for the waist and an around-leg opening 4 in front and rear waist areas 7 and 9. The article 1A has both of the ends where the members 19 are fixed to the inner and outer sheets 5 and 6; and a center part isolated from the inner and outer sheets 5 and 6, and a reduction dimension in the direction of the waist of the base sheet where the members 19 are positioned is in the range of 1.0 to 1.1 times in the direction of the waist when the members 19 are not extended.
