REMOTE OPERATION TERMINAL, PROGRAM THEREFOR, AND RECORDING MEDIUM THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible for an operator to learn a method of operating a remote operation terminal without being aware of handling a virtual exchange when operating the remote operation terminal by which an exchange selected by the operator among various remotely operable exchanges is connected to the terminal and is operated remotely. SOLUTION: In the remote operation terminal 1, the virtual exchange α capable of operating remotely as the various exchanges A, B, C is created via software. The operator uses the same terminal 1, and selects and operates an exchange in the same way in both cases of operating the virtual exchange α and the exchanges A, B, C, so that the operator can learn the method of operating the terminal 1 without being aware of handling the virtual exchange α (which is concealed from the operator).
