Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily apply processing which approximates to a cross screen filter to a data stream of moving picture signals in which an optical cross screen filter is not used, without inputting condition information at the time of imaging. SOLUTION: In step S1, processing in which still picture frame data are segmented from a moving picture signal and are stored in a memory is performed. Processing for extracting a luminous point of a cross beam from a target frame is performed (step S2), and a motion vector of the luminous point is calculated from luminous point coordinates extracted in the past and present coordinates (step S3). The length of the cross beam, the phase of rotation and plotting luminance are operated for each reference point, referring to a previously provided parameter, the rank of luminous point and the luminous point coordinates, and plotting processing is applied to the present still picture frame (step S4). It is confirmed whether all the frames are processed (step S5), the processing is returned to step S1 if not all the frames are processed, and the processing is completed if all the frames have been processed.
