Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and method for registering payment credit card information on providers to allow users to periodically pay the providers charges for usage with credit cards in accordance with given contracts with the providers, facilitating registration of users themselves and avoiding trouble due to errors in writing and registration. SOLUTION: The registration system allows registration on the providers for the charges for usage to be paid with the credit cards. The registration system receives provider specifying information, contract specifying information, credit card information and credit card password input from terminals and transmits the contract specifying information and the credit card information to contract management systems for the providers.
