Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reliable method for evaluating the degree of fatigue of an occupant in a vehicle, which can quantitatively calculate the degree of the fatigue of the occupant sitting on a seat. SOLUTION: The method quantitatively calculates the degree of the fatigue of the occupant sitting on the seat 1 on the basis of a backward deflection value of the lower side of a backrest section 2 of the seat 1, a downward load applied on the front side of a seat section 3 of the seat 1 and a backward load applied on the upper side of the backrest section 2 of the seat 1 in such a state that the occupant sits on the seat 1.
