Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain the conveyance of supercooled water through a supercooled water pipeline by preventing the release of supercooling of the supercooled water during the conveyance of the supercooled water supercooled by a subcooler, to a supercooling release apparatus through the supercooled water pipeline. SOLUTION: In this method for conveying supercooled water to supply the supercooled water 58 cooled by the subcooler, to the supercooling release apparatus for releasing supercooling through the supercooled water pipeline 59, an annular slit 2 is formed at an intermediate part of the supercooled water pipeline 59, and melted water of higher temperature than the supercooled water 58 is supplied through the slit 2 to form a water film 7 of the melted water on the surface of the supercooled water pipeline 59, thus preventing ice from sticking to the inner surface of the supercooled water pipeline 59.
