Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent stench from drifting in a room when starting operation of an air conditioner. SOLUTION: This air conditioner has an internal air operation means 51 which sucks air in the room into an indoor unit, performs heat exchange by an indoor heat exchanger, and blows air into the room from the indoor unit to cool, heat or dehumidify the inside of the room and a ventilation operation means 52 which sucks air in the room into the indoor unit and exhausts it to the outside of the room through the indoor unit to ventilate the inside of the room. It is provided with a first control means 53 which starts the ventilation operation means 52 with priority when starting operation and exhausts air in the room to the outside of the room and switches to start the internal air operation means 51 after ventilation operation during fixed time.
