Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a method of hermetically sealing bolted portions of steel pipe joints for a steel tower structure, which is easily applicable to an existing steel tower, and high in reliability and low in cost. SOLUTION: According to the method, round pipes 6, 7 are employed as forms of sealing materials 8a, 8b which are each filled into ends of the round pipes, respectively. Then the round pipes are fitted onto a bolt head portion and a nut of the joint bolt 5, respectively, and the sealing materials 8a, 8b are additionally filled into the other ends of the respective round pipes to finish the end surfaces of the same.
