SOLUTION: Acrylamide derivatives having at least three cyclic groups which include, for example, 2-(1-benzoylpiperidin-4-ylidene)-N-ä1-[(6-fluoronaphthalen-2-yl)methyl]pyrrolidin-3-yl}acetamide have good CCR3 antagonism and are effective for treating the diseases such as asthma in which CCR3 takes part.
