Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrically conductive film, a liquid crystal film, a photoelectric conversion film such as an EL element and a solar cell, and a functional film such as a polymer material. SOLUTION: A specified amount of carbon nanotube 1 is added to a solution of cationic lipid 2 and irradiated with ultrasonic waves. Thus, the carbon nanotube 1 is dispersed in the solution of the cationic lipid 2 through hydrophobic interaction to obtain carbon nanotube lipid dispersing solution. DNA 3 is added to the carbon nanotube lipid dispersing solution to combine a phosphorous acid anion of the DNA 3 and cationic lipid 2 therein in the equivalent ratio 1:1 by electrostatic interaction. Thus, a matrix complex which has a lipid/DNA complex as the matrix and contains a carbon nanotube/lipid/DNA complex is obtained, and the obtained matrix complex is formed into a film. A conductive network of the carbon nanotube is formed and the DNA double-strand structure is maintained without destruction. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
