IMPACT TYPE CRUSHER FOR GRINDING COAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an impact type crusher for crushing coal capable of enhancing the crushing capacity while sharply reducing the generation ratio of +6 mm. SOLUTION: The impact type crusher has a rotor 5, which is variable in the number of rotations, horizontally provided in a casing 1, a large number of hammer arms 6 of which the base end parts are attached with hinges to the outer periphery of the rotor and a hammer heads 10, which have an almost rectangular shape, mounted on the leading end of each of the hammer arms to extend in the radial direction of the rotor. The angle θ, which is formed by the peripheral surface on the front side in the rotary direction of the rotor in the hammer heads and the imaginary surface S parallel to the axial line L of each of the hammer heads passing the leading end corner part on the front side in the rotary direction of the rotor, is 0-10°.
