Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic commerce management server by which users can perform reservation of services easily. SOLUTION: The electronic commerce management server (management server) 2 is provided with at least an account storing part 352 which records authentication data authenticating a customer enterprise system 5 and reservation systems 11, 12 which can be connected with the customer enterprise system 5; and a switching means 20 which accepts connections from the customer enterprise system 5, manages sessions set at every connections from the customer enterprise system 5, authenticates the customer enterprise system 5 referring to the account storing part 352 and using the authentication data, connects to the reservation systems 11, 12 which can be connected by the customer enterprise system 5, acquires information of commodities available for reservaiton from the reservation systems 11, 12, and transmits it to the customer enterprise system 5.
