Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing structure of a seam joining part of a helical duct simple in structure with excellent sealing property. SOLUTION: This helical duct is constituted by bending the side edge of a thin plate 10 positioned at the front side roughly in a U-shape on its cross section so that an inner surface roughly becomes flat by helically winding the belt-shape metal thin plate 10 in the same diameter, bending a side edge of the thin plate 10 positioned on the rear side roughly in a U-shape on the cross section reverse to the U-shape of the front side thin plate, inserting a head end 11 of the front side side edge 10 in a recessed part U2 formed by bending the rear side side edge and split-open assembling the side edges so that the head end 12 of the rear side side edge 10 comes to be in a state of being inserted in a recessed part U1 formed by bending the front side side edge, packing materials 41, 42, 43, 44 made of a linear or belt-shape rubber elastic body are filled in the split-open joining part and a clearance between the front side side edge and the rear side side edge is sealed.
