SOLUTION: The apparatus 1 for producing the gas hydrate, with which a liquid W is mixed with a gas hydrate-forming substance G and cooled under pressure to form the gas hydrate H, is equipped with a tubular reactor 11 composed of a long cylindrical body, a liquid supply means 14 for supplying the liquid W to the tubular reactor 11 and a gas hydrate-forming substance supply means 15 for supplying the gas hydrate-forming substance G to the tubular reactor 11.
