METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR ASSISTING VEHICLE DISPATCHING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system for assisting vehicle dispatching making vehicle dispatching at each branch office of a transportation company easy and efficient by commonly and effectively utilizing vehicle loading information and transportation scheduled freight information in a whole company. SOLUTION: The system for assisting vehicle dispatching collects freight collection information, original slip information and shipping/delivery information, and accumulates information collected at each base in a transportation scheduled freight information database and a vehicle loading information database when freight collection information is generated at each base of the transportation company. The system for assisting vehicle dispatching collects transportation truck operation schedule time information, builds a vehicle dispatching assist information database including vehicle loading operation information and loading and unloading information classified by store based on information acquire from each data base, vehicle dispatching support information or processed information thereof are sent to the base as data for screen display according to demands from each base.
