Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the quality of an object shaped with the method and device for manufacturing a three-dimensional object by a sintering means. SOLUTION: The three-dimensional object is made by the processes of sintering a material at two or more dots corresponding to the object section using a radiation energy, thereby solidifying a powder material in laminating. The process comprises a step of applying a powder material layer on a support plate or an already sintered layer, a step of preheating the powder material up to the processing temperature below the one for sintering the powder and a step of sintering the material at the two or more dots in corresponding to the object section in the layer. A step of determining the heat amount absorbed by the powder for each zone of at least two temperature zones is carried out while controlling and heating the applied powder layer.
