AUTOMATIC POWDER WASHING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic powder washing device which can automate a powder washing process, do sufficient washing and dewatering, improve the yield, and do continuous treatment for a long time. SOLUTION: In the powder washing device, a powder 12 and a washing liquid 13 are mixed and agitated in a sealed container 11 to wash the powder 12, and a mixed liquid 14 of the powder 12 and the liquid 13 is dewatered by a filter cloth 15. the sealed container 11 is divided into two parts through a pair of flanges 16 and 17 facing each other. One of the divided two parts can be moved vertically. The filter cloth is held between the flanges 16 and 17. Both ends of the filter cloth 15 are fitted windably/rewindably onto winding means 25 and 26 to be a pair respectively. One of the divided parts of the sealed container 11 is moved vertically. With the sealed container 11 opened, the powder 12 dewatered to be cake-like can be mounted and conveyed outside the sealed container 11. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
