CELL FOR FUEL CELL AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell for a fuel cell very simple without requiring moisture control of an electrolyte layer which requires time and effort, causing no leakage of methanol even when a direct methanol system is adopted, and stably displaying original capacity. SOLUTION: The cell for the fuel cell is a display device and equipped with a hydrogen ion conduction layer 1; a first electrode layer 2 installed on one side of the hydrogen ion conducting layer 1 and having a function ionizing hydrogen; a first metallic membrane 4 installed between the first electrode layer 2 and the hydrogen ion conducting layer 1 and transmitting only hydrogen ions; a second electrode layer 3 installed on the other side of the hydrogen ion conducting layer 1; and a second metallic membrane 5 installed between the second electrode layer 3 and the hydrogen ion conducting layer 1, and the main part of the hydrogen ion conducting layer 1 comprises hydrogenated fullerene arranged so as to come in contact with only the first metallic membrane 4 and the second metallic membrane 5.
