Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing polymerized toner in which residual polymerizable monomers are reduced notably, and also which are excellent in a toner physical property by subjecting the dispersion solution of polymer particles generated by polymerization of the composition of polymerizable monomers to stripping treatment stably. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the polymerized toner includes the manufacturing process of the dispersion solution in which polymer particles are contained, which includes a process for polymerizing the composition of polymerizable monomers containing a coloring agent and polymerizable monomers in a water-based dispersion medium, and a process for subjecting the dispersion solution to the stripping treatment. In the stripping processing process, the residual polymerizable monomers in the polymer particles are removed by subjecting the dispersion solution to the stripping treatment under the presence of a specific non-silicone defoaming agent.
