VORTEX FLOWMETER AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vortex flowmeter measuring an accurate flow rate. SOLUTION: This vortex flowmeter is provided with a meter body 1, a flow passage 1a formed inside the main body, and a vortex generator 2 and a vortex detector 3 arranged inside the flow passage 1a, and proportionally to a water flow amount in the flow passage 1a, a flow rate is measured from an output based on electric charge generated in a piezoelectric element arranged in the vortex detector 2. In this manufacturing method for the vortex flow meter, the vortex generator 2 and the vortex detector 3 are integrally molded of a synthetic resin to be combined with the main body, or using a metal die symmetric laterally in a plan view along the plane for forming configurations of the vortex generator 2, the vortex detector 3, and a connection member 4 connecting both of them together, an integral molding member, in which the vortex generator 2, the vortex detector 3, and the connection member 4 are integrally molded, is mounted in a predetermined position of the meter body 1.
