PUMP FOR DRINKING WATERS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce load which is subjected to a pump gear when operating and as a result to prolong life time comparing to a conventional pump, and to enhance yield and simultaneously to provide an easily repairable pump for drinking waters. SOLUTION: The pump is provided with two pump gears 51, 51 which meshes with each other and a casing 52 which rotatably houses them, and includes a gear housed part 71 in fluid communication with a suction port 61a and a discharge port 61b. The pump is also provided with two shafts 55, 55 which are fixed to the two pump gears 51, 51, respectively and simultaneously extending outward from the casing 52 in parallel to each other and driving gears 91,92 which are fixed outward of the casing 52 of the shafts 55, 55, respectively, and simultaneously mesh with each other. The pump is further provided with a bearing 70 which is provided outward of the casing 52 and rotatably supports the shafts 55, 55, respectively and a motor 53 which rotatably drives at least one of the two driving gears 91, 92.
