SOLUTION: The base structure of the metal stand column is composed of: a metal stand column; a base plate to which the lower end of the metal stand column is joined; and a cup member the lower end side of which is joined to the base plate, the upper end side being joined extending over the whole periphery along the outer periphery of the metal stand column.
