SOLUTION: On a music oriented game machine in which a player steps on a mat shape controller, a left foot image 67L and a right foot image 67R are displayed, overlaid on a controller image 65. When the left foot image 67L or the right foot image 67R of an instructor is brought up from the controller image 65, the left foot image 67L or the right foot image is displayed as enlarged and translucent.
