INSERTION PORT DEVICE FOR DOWN INJECTION TUBE IN DOWN QUILT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a down quilt with high quality by smoothly operating down injection with an injection tube in each storage chamber without moving down between the storage chambers. SOLUTION: In an insertion port device for the down injection, the proper number of storage chambers 2 are provided by holding partitioning materials between a front cloth 7 and a rear cloth 8 constituting a main body bag, and an insertion port device for injecting down is arranged in each storage chamber configuration piece 5 constituted of the partitioning material of each storage chamber 2 at a down injection side. Then the configuration piece 5 and partitioning auxiliary pieces 6A superimposed on both surfaces of the piece 5 are fixed to front and rear side materials 7 and 8. A first insertion port 10 for the down injection tube is arranged in each storage chamber configuration piece 5, and second insertion slots 11, 11 for the down injection tube are arranged in respective partitioning auxiliary pieces 6A without mutual superimposition.
