TIP MEMBER OF INSTRUMENT FOR ANASTOMOSIS, AND INSTRUMENT FOR ANASTOMOSIS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid interference of an anvil with a needle or the like anastomosing tissues with each other and to facilitate an operation of extracting the anvil after the anastomosis of intestinal tissues. SOLUTION: An instrument 10 for anastomosis is constituted by having a main body 11 and a tip member 12 fitted removably to the tip side of the main body 11. The tip member 12 has a supporting body 35 fitted to and removed from the the main body 11 side, the anvil 36 linked to the tip side of the supporting body 35, and a connecting member 37 connecting the supporting body 35 and the anvil 36. The supporting body 35 is composed of an outer tube 39 and a screw shaft 40 movable axially in relation to the outer tube 39, and the anvil 36 is engaged with the tip side of the screw shaft 40. The connecting member 37 changes the posture of the anvil 36 so that the almost whole part of the anvil 36 is separated gradually from the main body 11 side, when the screw shaft 40 is moved from a state wherein the anvil 36 and it intersect each other perpendicularly.
