PRESENCE UPDATE DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a presence update device which can update presence of members including a user without a specific operation of the user. SOLUTION: A presence update device is provided with a presence storing portion 105 which stores current present information for every member including a user of a communication terminal 100a; a presence management portion 107 which confirms setting for a setting storing portion 103, updates the current presence information stored in the presence storing portion 105, instructs a schedule management portion 111 to acquire schedule information, instructs a communication control portion 115 to transmit the current presence information, processes so as to display presence at a display portion 113, and stores the current presence information transmitted from another communication terminal through a presence server in the presence storing portion 105; and a schedule DB 109 which stores the schedule information of each member.
