SOLUTION: Equipment 10a, 10b and 10c are connected through a plurality of transmission paths 12 and 14. The equipment 10a, 10b and 10c connected to the plurality of transmission paths 12 and 14 are provided with a transmission processing part for transmitting data by using one or more transmission paths and one or both reception processing parts for receiving data from one or more transmission paths. The transmission processing part transmits data by using one transmission path when data transmission quantity per unit time does not reach reference quantity, and transmits data by using the plurality of transmission paths in the other case.
