Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the normal mode impedance is high because of weak magnetic coupling between the coils, and as a result, even a transmission signal is removed. SOLUTION: A low permeability layer with permeability lower than a magnetic layer and two or more pairs of coil conductor patterns formed on the low permeability layer are laminated between a pair of magnetic layers. The coil conductor pattern, between the low permeability layers, has a plurality of coils connected in pairs and turned in spiral with a center of common spindle in the laminate.
