Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-frequency component for a superhigh-frequency region having small dielectric loss even in the superhigh-frequency region by finding an electric insulation material having excellent electric insulation characteristics (a relative dielectric constant ( r) and a dielectric dissipation factor (tan δ)) even in the superhigh-frequency region to use the electric insulation material. SOLUTION: An electric insulator formed by including bubbles or air chambers in the inside of a dicyclopentadiene resin or a dicyclopentadiene resin using a ruthenium complex catalyst is used for this high-frequency component.
