SOLUTION: This current collecting plate is formed of a foamed sintered metal having a plurality of foamed pores 6a of a size capable of sucking the water generated on the air electrode layer 3 side by capillary phenomenon, which are opened toward the air electrode layer (oxidizer electrode layer) 3 side and communicate with each other. The current collecting plate comprises foamed pores 6a opened to extend through toward the air electrode layer 3 and a plurality of through-holes 6b which serve as a supplying passage of air (oxidizer gas).
