PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing device or a system, capable of effectively changing definition contents of a workflow to perform a business task smoothly in an information management for managing progress of the business task on the basis of the workflow defining the flow of the business task processed by a plurality of persons in charge of business processing. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a storing means 112 which stores a history of a progress confirmation request of the business task received from the outside, an extracting means 113 which extracts a receiving frequency of the progress confirmation request stored in the storing means 112, an information display means 114 which displays the information extracted by the extracting means 113, and a changing means 115 which changes the definition of the workflow on the basis of the receiving frequency extracted by the extracting means 113.
