Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily applicable shop management system constructed at a low cost and easily operable for managing and monitoring a shop. SOLUTION: In this shop management system, operation information about an air conditioner and information showing a turning on/off state of a lighting system and an opening/closing state of a door/blind is transmitted from a shop 110 to a service center 101 via a network 102. The operation information of the air conditioner and the information showing the turning on/off state of the lighting system and the opening/closing state of the door/blind is transmitted to the service center 101 via a transmission line 105 connecting an indoor unit 104 and an outdoor unit 106 together, and in relation to the transmitted information, operation of the air conditioner, turning on/off of the lighting system, and opening/closing of the door/blind is controlled or an alarm is given.
