UNDERGROUND TUBULAR BODY AND BURYING METHOD FOR TUBULAR BODY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To closely lay a plurality of stages of tubular bodies, with cross-section shape of a tube wall formed by alternately disposing a rectangular cross section and a circular cross section, inside an excavated ditch; to automatically form required spaces between adjacent tubes even if the tubular bodies are laid in a plurality of parallel rows; and to fill each space between the tube rows with soil and sand in backfilling and covering the excavated ditch. SOLUTION: The tube wall 1 is formed so as to be recessed and protruded in the tube axial direction, and the cross section of a protrusion section 2 is formed into a rectangular shape and the cross section of a recessed section 3 is formed into a circular shape. An expanding section S is formed integrally with the tube wall for each appropriate length interval in the tube lengthwise direction, which is part of the tube wall protruding in only the lateral outward direction without any protrusion of a vertical height. It is thus possible to provide the tubular body constructed so that the expanding section S maintains prescribed intervals D between tube rows of other tubes adjacent to each other in piping work, and a manufacturing method for the tubular body.
