Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively perform work without requiring much labor-time; and to eliminate an accident resulting in injury or death at joint injection work by injecting a joint material in an unmanned system into a joining part between pipe bodies of piping constructed by connecting a plurality of pipe bodies. SOLUTION: An elastic ring 2 using hard rubber is arranged in the rear of a traveling car 1 traveling in the pipe of a concrete jacking pipe 40 inserted into the ground by a pipe jacking excavating method. Injection ports 6a and 6b are arranged for injecting the joint material of mixed two liquids into two places of the elastic ring. Supply nozzles 8a and 8b of the two liquids of the joint material and flow regulating valves 10a and 10b are installed in the injection ports. A pair of movable ring bodies 3 are arranged for pressurizing the elastic ring 2 from the inside. A hydraulic cylinder 4 is arranged for contacting-separating the movable ring bodies 3. The elastic ring 2 is diametrally expanded by approaching the pair of movable ring bodies 3, and is pressed to a pipe joining part wall surface of the jacking pipe 40, and the joint material is injected from the injection ports 6a and 6b, and is filled in a void of the joining part 40a.
